In April of this year, I was pleased to participate the symposium on the Hongqiao International Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. Hongqiao International Economic Forum has emerged as an international high-level dialog platform that fosters the exchange of ideas and consensus building for multilateralism. The global economy is currently grappling with many challenges. As one of the world's most important economies, China plays a vital role in addressing these challenges which include promoting open trade, and better and strong multilateral trading system. I'm looking forward to seeing global political, business and academic figures presenting new observations and fresh ideas. I sincerely hope that the sixth Hongqiao Forum will be held successfully and strengthen the support for economic globalization. |
